Melissa Dalton - Elementary Principal

As I return to Gainesville Elementary, having previously taught in the Elementary for three years from 2010-2013, I am so excited to return in the role of Principal. I have spent over 20 years in education. Past teaching experience includes Elementary Education, Special Education, Physical Education, and Health Education. I have also coached multiple sports, including Basketball, Volleyball, Cross Country, and Track and Field. Most recently I served as a Special Services Director for six years. My husband, Aaron, spent many years working for the Gainesville School District, and our three children, Andrew, Isaac, and Abigail all started their schooling careers here as Bulldogs. The Gainesville School District and community have always held a special place in our hearts, and I feel truly blessed to serve in the role as Elementary Principal.
